2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).

3. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully package the product(s) and include the RA number on the package. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Shipping Address: Send the return to the address provided by our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item is safely delivered to us. AzGlamour is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund, which typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as if the product is opened or used, a partial refund may be issued.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and you will need to follow the return procedure if you wish to return the product.
